General Notes:

All sessions must be used within the package validity period.

Each in-person session lasts 60 minutes.
-
Any additional in-person sessions will be charged separately according to the session rate (AED 400 per session).

Schedule changes require at least 24-hour notice. Otherwise, the session will be charged in full.

Any delay of more than 15 minutes will be considered a full session, and the session will still end at the originally scheduled time without extension.

Unused sessions cannot be carried over or refunded.

Plans are personalized based on the information provided during the assessment form.

The full training and nutrition programs are delivered within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Training programs are provided Via Google Sheets (with full exercise analysis, sets, reps, and notes).

Through the official coaching app you will get:​

Nutrition plan with portion sizes, food alternatives, and notes.

Supplement plan (if required) with full dosage timing and types.

Any number of sessions booked below the specified packages will be considered individual sessions and not eligible for any discounts.

Guest fees apply if someone attends the session in addition to the client.

How It Work

Start by completing the detailed KPT Assessment Form.
It helps us understand your goals, lifestyle, experience, and any health considerations, so every plan is 100% tailored to you.

Receive Your Personalized Plan
Within 3 business days after payment and assessment, you’ll receive your full plan, including training, nutrition, and supplements (if required).
Everything is structured according to your selected package and coaching type.

Consultation & Assessment
Once we receive your form, we’ll schedule your assessment session (either in-person or online).
Here, we analyze your current condition, discuss your objectives, and finalize your starting strategy.

The initial assessment fee (AED 500) must be paid prior to scheduling your assessment appointment. It can be paid separately or included in your total package.

All plans are non-refundable and non-transferable once the plan has been delivered or the first session has started.
